Get Php8,500 for every million peso of property purchased of the successful referral – basis is net selling pice  (exclusive of discounts, VAT and other charges)

If NSP of property sold is less than P1M, credit shall be a fixed amount of Php5,000

1. A referral is considered qualified when a completed form is emailed to corporatesales@ayalaland.com.ph or submitted to the Ayala Land Corporate Sales Division (28/F Tower One and Exchange Plaza, Ayala Avenue, Makati City) together with a valid employment ID.
2. All referrals should not have been previously registered by an Ayala Land property specialist or referrer
3. The completed form must include the following information: prospect’s name, contact number, email address, Ayala Land residential development, preferred price range or location.
4. Members of the Ayala Group Employee Discount Program and individuals who are entitled to special discounts (i.e, corporate discounts) by virtue of their membership in groups/companies/organizations that enjoy special privileges with Ayala Land are not qualified referrals.
5. Homestarter Bond clients can only be referred by employees of distributing banks of the Homestarter Bond.  Referral prize is only Php5,000 for Homestarter Bond clients.
6. A referral is considered successful when the prospective buyer books the account, has paid at least 10% downpayment.
7. Prizes can be claimed by the referrer by emailing the following to ALI Corporate Sales:
   – Name and contact number of the referrer
   – Name of Client, Unit details, net selling price (exclusive of VAT & other charges)
   – Company ID
   – Payment history or proof that account is booked
   – Unit details of referrer if he is a previous buyer
   – Indicate if the referral is a Homestarter Bond client
8. Referrer should personally claim the prize or assign a representative with authorization letter and IDs.
9. When a referral-client purchases another property, the referrer will only be entitled to the prize if the account was registered again with ALI Corporate Sales prior to the reservation of the property.
