1. Client must be a regular employee
2. Discount can be availed anytime
3. Discount is on top of regular discounts
4. Sale should be coursed through ALI Corporate Sales, not through any other seller
5. Employee must be the owner or co-owner of the property

Schedule of Discount:

1. Employee signifies interest to ALI Corporate Sales through the website, phone call or email
2. ALI Corporate Sales profiles employee, recommends options, and endorses to seller
3. Seller to handle account servicing
4. Employee submits Corporate Discount Application Form (CDAF) to ALI Corporate Sales (via seller assistance) for approval
5. ALI Corporate Sales indicates amount of discount to be given and approves CDAF
6. The approved CDAF is sent to the seller for attachment to the computation sheet
7. Seller to conduct activities to close sale
8. For cancellations, employee to notify seller and ALI Corporate Sales
