Homestarter Bond FAQs

The Homestarter Bond is a 3-year investment offering exclusive to Ayala Land. It has an interest rate of 3% per annum payable semi-annually. The minimum investment required is P50,000, which can be increased in increments of P10,000 up to a maximum of P10,000,000 (subject to terms and conditions). It provides the bondholder the option to apply the Bond to a downpayment for an Ayala Land residential property. If the option is exercised, the bondholder may be entitled to an additional discount on the net selling price of the property in the form of a Bonus Credit.

The offer period is from September 26 to October 7, 2016.

The holder of a Homestarter Bond is entitled to Bonus Credit that c an be applied towards a new residential property purchase, within 6 months to 3 years after the issue date (April 2017 to October 2019). The Bonus Credit will be applied on the first downpayment upon reservation.

You can get a Bonus Credit worth up to 10% of the principal amount invested in the Homestarter Bond, but not more than the Maximum BonusCredit limits based on the applicable Net Selling Price (NSP) of the residential property. (See sample computation below)

The Bonus Credit shall be treated as a discount from the NSP of the Ayala Land Property.

On the computation sheet, the Bonus Credit will appear as a discount on the NSP.

Principal and accrued interest will be applied on the first downpayment.

At maturity, the bondholder has two options:

  • Option 1 – client has up to 60 days from maturity date to apply the bond to a downpayment on an Ayala Land residential property
  • Option 2 – the Principal and interest will be credited to the designated bank account

  • Contact Ayala Land Corporate Sales group to inform them of your intent to apply the Homestarter Bond proceeds towards a purchase of an Ayala Land residential property. Allow 1-2 days lead time for validation of the Homestarter Bond account. Contact Lanie Ong at 908-3532 or 0917-8727847.
  • You can choose to transact with your Ayala Land property seller if you have already contacted one OR the Corporate Sales Group can refer you to a property seller who will take you through the reservation process and computation of the Homestarter Bond proceeds and Bonus Credit. Any accredited property seller from Ayala Land Premier & Alveo, and Corporate Sales Account Officer of Avida, Amaia, and Bellavita can service your account.
  • Accomplish three copies of the Homestarter Bond Early Downpayment Application Form and submit these to your property seller 7 working days before the termination date or booking date.
  • Internal processing and validation will be done for the computation of your Homestarter Bond Proceeds. The Homestarter Bond Proceeds and Bonus Credit will be reflected on the official computation sheet of your property purchase.
  • The proceeds of your Homestarter Bond investment (in the form of a check) will be forwarded directly to the Ayala Land Corporate Sales Group. Your servicing seller will use this towards the booking of your property purchase. This will be done within 30 days from payment of your reservation fee and submission of complete requirements.
